Experience
Since 2016, as a freelance consultant, he collaborated with Right Management and worked with companies such as: Costa Crociere, Epta, FCA, Hitachi Rail, Leonardo, Leroy Merlin, Magneti Marelli, Michelin, Patheon, Pirelli, Sanofi, etc.
The previous 12 years, as an IBM employee, Sergio designed and facilitated innovative leadership development programs deployed at the Corporate level. For 4 years serving as IBM’s management assessment and development Research Leader, he led the design and development of leadership competencies, and created several individual and 360° behavioral assessments. He also led the design and development of systems to measure organizational climate and derailment factors. Prior to this, Sergio developed a robust business experience in IBM; among his roles were Business Development Manager for a line of servers, and Marketing Manager responsible for trade shows and the Briefing Centers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
